Hello Sir, We have taken your comment regarding the delivery of a protective cover into account. We are sorry to see that the Kuehne Nagel carrier's site does not suit you. However, you could have sent us a quick email with your request, and we would have forwarded your address change in a few minutes. Moreover, we clearly indicate that currently, only deliveries for a trampoline are made by appointment. A delivery for an accessory or spare part is made without an appointment.
