Fast shipping; well packaged. Lack of explanation for assembling the zip line (At what height to position it, height of the seat, tension of the cables, ... we had to redo it several times. But otherwise, quality product and good spring. Installed for over a month: all good).

Exceptional, fast shipping and always present as a customer center. We had a small problem (a screw was missing) and they immediately shipped the missing piece in a few days. The product is exceptional, quality definitely above average.

Rapid availability of goods (despite final delivery times not compatible with the carrier: the kit remains transportable in a medium-sized car). Very well-packaged kit. Clear assembly instructions and assembly procedure made even simpler thanks to the videos available on the site. The product seems robust and of good quality. In any case, already a lot of fun shared with family and friends!

Very satisfied with the product. I had already bought the same one a few years ago which I sold after a move. So I am won over. However, a small question: the protection that comes over the springs moves and the springs are sometimes uncovered. Is this normal or is it a defect in installation?

Significant problem in the shipment composition. The boxes are too light in quality to support the weight of the material inside. The packages arrive tampered with, emptied of their contents. 1st shipment refused due to missing ordered parts, 2nd accepted due to urgency in use but unfortunately the same observation. The subcontracting of your packaging and shipments is detrimental to the quality of your products.
