Difficult to respond as our order was delayed due to lockdown conditions but I have no doubt about the follow-up under normal circumstances. For us, France Trampoline is quality. Too bad the prices are so high otherwise we would buy the zip line but as mentioned above, the quality is there.

We waited about 3 weeks, often called, and were always told it takes a long time because of Corona. But in reality, the package was sitting in the corner without data and was not shipped. I will not buy anything from this provider anymore.

Order processed seriously and respecting the deadlines of a birthday during full lockdown and the Covid 19 crisis. I don't know how you managed this feat but hats off.
