Regarding the quality of the products, we would like to remind you that the purchased products are leisure products intended for family use and not for establishments open to the public. Everything actually went well, unfortunately it was not clear on the homepage that the fiberglass bows no longer need to be used with rubber bands. That is, no detailed info that it would hold without rubber bands. The assistance for assembly was great! We were able to reuse the old bows and therefore we actually didn't need the new bows. However, we kept them because the whole back and forth shipping would be cumbersome.
