The assembly guide is not very understandable and the assembly is too complex and there is no hotline on Saturdays!!!

Hello, thank you for your comment. Our trampolines are designed to be assembled without professional intervention and are delivered with an assembly manual. Some models, especially larger sizes, take longer to assemble, but we have not received negative feedback from our customers regarding assembly so far. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to answer your questions. Outside of these hours, you can consult our online guides. Delivery was perfect. Material very well packaged and therefore well protected. As soon as the trampoline was set up, my children tried it out immediately and adopted it right away. Having already had a trampoline, I can say that this one is very sturdy and the materials used are of good quality.

I paid an extra fee to be delivered the next day instead it took 5 days and I am still waiting for an explanation from you because I feel that this kind of delivery is *** to squeeze euros out of us
