For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B.. The assembly of the textile net on the posts is not very easy and the tension is not necessarily balanced. Otherwise, the users themselves are fully satisfied with the trampoline.

Trampoline of poor quality, hook ripped off at the first jump, I had another one before that lasted 7 years outside all year without being covered, this one is already cracking, I do not recommend this product to anyone.

We will send you new steel carabiners so that this does not happen again and you can use the trampoline with complete peace of mind. Our safety net is very tight on the trampoline for safety reasons and must be properly installed. Does your net go all the way around the protective pad?
