We are delighted with our purchase. It's a real quality product. The only downside is that the delivery service makes an appointment but does not respect the schedule. We had to reschedule for the next day. Beyond this slight delay, the product brings joy to the whole family.

Satisfied in every way, quality and robust material, easy assembly, careful and fast delivery, impeccable after-sales service. I bought a jump'up of 3.90m two years ago for my two daughters, it stays outside all year without any problem, just a wipe down from time to time and it's ready for jumping again. In January 2016 during a violent gust of wind, it turned over even though I had never taken the time to secure the trampoline, as a result, the net bars got bent and the fiberglass arch broke. I just had to call customer service to order the replacement parts and reassemble everything. Having spare parts nowadays is not to be neglected...
