France Trampoline is very serious, and their trampoline and protective cover seem to be of very good quality, which is why we opted for their products. The delivery time is really between 2 and 5 days. There are no unpleasant surprises. Our children and adults are delighted.

A perfect service for both the trampoline and the accessories. This is my 6th order and it is always impeccable. However, it always takes 5 minutes for them to identify my account by phone with each call; their management system seems to date back to the 20th century! The main thing is that the phone reception and the delivered product are top-notch; the spare parts in stock are also very useful after 8 years of use...

Very happy with the product, just like the first time. But, for the second time, we are again unhappy with your delivery process. When the recipient has a professional life that involves uncertainties, receiving your packages becomes very complicated and costly. We had to go all the way to Bondoufle to pick up a trampoline cover! Can't you use the services of La Poste, which leaves a delivery notice, or those of a local shop that closes late in the evening (like a café for example)? Others do it and it's much more convenient.

We remain true to our basic principles, which are to offer quality items that last over time. Regarding delivery, we indicate from the start that the carrier delivers without an appointment and during the day and on weekdays. If you are not present at home during the day, you should indicate another delivery address such as a workplace, a family member, etc. Unfortunately, for many products, we cannot use the services of La Poste. Indeed, if the package exceeds a certain size, additional fees of 50 € excluding tax have been charged since 2014 already. We offer the best possible service for an affordable cost for a delivery, we remind you, in about 72 hours to the requested address. We thank you for your comment and remain at your disposal. VERY SATISFIED: not only is the trampoline of good quality but also the customer service is reachable and attentive to you. Following a storm after a year of use, the trampoline was "damaged": torn jumping mat, 4 bent poles, torn safety net. To be sure to order the right parts, I advise you to call them: they are easily reachable, give good advice, and are responsive. If only all online sales sites were as professional!
