Phone contact for information then order: very pleasant and competent person who advised me on the ideal trampoline for my sons. Very fast and punctual delivery, assembly a bit long and laborious but successful. From the first days, several plastic hooks broke; we are down to 6. I just contacted FT who immediately sends me replacement hooks with advice regarding a possible poor distribution of the net that could explain this breakage. Always very friendly contact. Very satisfied with this purchase that delights the boys.

I ordered a Wahou 460 trampoline. Before finalizing my order, I contacted France trampoline 2 or 3 times for advice and additional information. Each time, the response was very quick and effective. I then received the package (waiting time a bit longer than expected but still fast). And we are all delighted with the quality of the material.

Hello Madam, We have taken your comment regarding your order for 3 Oxygen / Hip/Hop caps into account. We clearly indicate on the product sheet that the item can be either black or yellow. We did see your comment for black caps, but our preparation service prepared your order with the items in stock at the time of your order, and they were yellow. We apologize for this issue, but we currently do not have black caps in stock. If you wish, you can return your order to us, and we will refund you. We remain at your disposal. Hello, I just saw now that my review had been "posted" and read the response from France Trampoline. Very pleasantly surprised to have received replacement hooks by mail (which I had mentioned in my initial review), I am tempted to give one more star because really everything has been perfect so far. As a regular online buyer, I have never seen such responsiveness and professionalism... Bravo to everyone. PS: Having limited access to the trampoline to three, my 11 grandchildren are queuing for their turn!!! You should offer an entry counter as an option, with a green light or red light for large families... Best regards, A happy and delighted buyer

I am very happy with this trampoline but two days after receiving it, the plastic attachments to close the trampoline all broke!! I informed France trampoline who immediately sent me new attachments and even a bit more, I find this very professional and very pleasant to have responsive and serious people, that is why I highly recommend them.

We are therefore surprised that you found the delay a bit long and we apologize for that but we remain within the announced delay of 2 to 5 working days. Then, for the shipping costs, you paid 7.50 euros including tax for a parcel shipment in France. We invite you to contact La Poste but this is the minimum rate for a signed parcel shipment with this company. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a lower rate. We remain at your disposal.
