First of all, I am very satisfied with the customer service for the information before ordering. I received personalized and technically adapted responses to my requests. Package received in good condition. As for the product itself, the trampoline is beautiful (maybe a bit too much for still young children!) but you can really see the difference visually with a supermarket trampoline or one from ***. It has nothing to do with it. Here, we have a real quality product for both children and adults. However, it took us at least 3 hours to assemble it... the assembly booklet needs to be revised. In particular, the things to pay attention to are generally indicated at the end of the paragraph. That's my only downside!

I was very satisfied with the trampoline until the plastic hooks holding the net under the trampoline broke. One hook of the door also broke. The plastic is not strong. Otherwise, the trampoline is stable, seems solid, it inspires confidence.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Foutrier, we have taken your comments regarding the hooks of your trampoline that break into account. Did you follow the installation instructions for the safety net, please? Indeed, it is necessary to first pass the lower edge under the trampoline before attaching the hooks. This allows for proper distribution of the safety net. Only then should the hooks be installed. Additionally, we indicate that if the net is too tight to place the hooks on the D-rings, you can place them on the side of the steel frame. Did you proceed this way for the installation?
