Order and delivery superb. The trampoline itself is perfect 'solid' aesthetic, the safety net is of very good quality. I even had to use customer service because the upper protection foams were missing at delivery, after contact I received the foams within 3 days.

Excellent product once assembled. But what a hassle to assemble given the extremely poorly made instructions (too much literature and not enough precise diagrams). We took nearly 7 hours. But we are very satisfied with our purchase

good size trampoline but a bit disappointed with the quality, given the price of the trampoline, the 3 safety straps to close the trampoline net broke after 2 days like paper so I hope that the trampoline will hold up over time and that it is of better quality than its straps by the way if you could send me others thank you in advance

I had read the reviews on this same page before buying and frankly, I don't see what else to add to confirm the quality of the trampoline purchased. Moreover, I was well advised by phone, the trampoline is well suited to the use we make of it as well as to the child's age. Those who helped me set it up were amazed by the quality of the product.

Great product that meets our expectations: It is a solid, durable product that offers safety guarantees. Thank you also for the delivery: the trampoline was delivered right on the day of the birthday (I had sent an email to specify the occasion, I received a call from your team who executed it despite the short deadline from Thursday midnight to Tuesday 9:30 am!!!!!)
