I complained about the catch net due to defective teeth on the zipper. It was not accepted. The child fell out of the net and was severely injured. Only then did a new net arrive. Unfortunately, there was only a written apology, but no further response to my email. Compensation for the child would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately, I never heard anything more about it. Service not very good!!!!!

When you contacted us in April of this year, we informed you that the break of your zipper was not a manufacturing defect and therefore could not be covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty for your net had expired. As we have explained in previous conversations, the lifespan of a textile net can vary due to numerous external factors such as sunlight, usage intensity, and weather conditions. These factors can make the net brittle and impair its durability. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. In a textile net, a manufacturing defect would typically manifest as a tear along a seam, and these defects would be visible to the naked eye. For this reason, we recommend, as described in the installation instructions and our care instructions on our website, to regularly check the condition of the material to ensure optimal use and extend the lifespan of the material. When you contacted us to inform us about the accident, we did everything we could to rectify the situation. Regarding your last email, unfortunately, we have not received anything. Order delivered within the expected time. Super quality trampoline. With the Apollo sport, you can really jump high, unlike some trampolines where the mat is too soft to have rebound. The rectangular shape is also perfect for a former gymnast who does not want to lose her ability to visualize herself in space. Otherwise, I had a small broken part upon delivery and customer service took my request into account quickly.

The product is very good, the assembly instructions need to be completely revised, the person who wrote it couldn't assemble the trampoline with it!!! And as for the carrier, it was a disaster, he comes to deliver to a private individual with a huge truck and leaves the package by the roadside, a pallet of 350 kgs!!! And on top of that, he is very unpleasant. If I had been informed that I would be delivered by the roadside, I would not have ordered the product. Consequently, I am not satisfied with the delivery.
