Everything was perfect from the order where I always had someone who could inform me to the timely delivery and the assembly which was easy. Excellent service, fast delivery split into two because the second item had a different delivery time. Arrangement facilitated with the carrier to match our schedules and the time was respected in the fixed time slot. (between 9 AM and 10 AM, the delivery person was there at 9:30 AM)

Quick to process the order, well-packaged parcel. Reliable for the delivery service (5 days). Excellent product, we are very satisfied with the trampoline. Just the door closure is questionable, the velcro is hard to put back from the inside for children.
