Following my order of a jump up 360 trampoline pack, shipping time within 24 hours respected. Contact by the carrier the next day to set an appointment the day after for my case. However, had to pick up the packages at a meeting point because delivery with a 12-ton truck that could not pass through the alleys of my town. Assembly quite quick. Correct trial. nothing to complain about the quality for now. See in the long term.

Delivery without comments as it meets our expectations. The material is worth the price, being of very good quality compared to what major brands offer. Moreover, the follow-up of ranges and the possibility of obtaining spare parts remains a guarantee of longevity. Paying more for durability is valid in our case.

Regarding the material: very good quality, but assembly takes more than an hour for 2 people. (3 hours in our case) However, regarding the delivery, luckily I met the delivery woman (a small frail young woman) in a parking lot in my village because her truck (a 10-tonne) would not have passed in my access road.

Very fast delivery! Small downside. During delivery, the carrier should contact me to make an appointment! He didn't do it! He called me the day he made the delivery (he was in front of my gate). Otherwise, in terms of material, very very good, nothing to complain about so far.

Delivery within the expected timeframe, appointment with the carrier which is ideal. The trampoline is perfect and of very high quality, much better than those I have seen in general. The assembly instructions are very well done and the assembly tips are ideal.

The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!
