Nothing to report everything is perfect! Quality products the delivery was fast. The assembly is quite easy the instructions are clear you need to be 2 to assemble the structure but 3 people are necessary at certain stages depending on the accessories to be installed.

Order tracking: a bit laborious, the announced deadline was not respected and the responses to requests for information required follow-ups on my part. Product: quite complicated to put the springs and the first level of bounce is lower compared to the previous trampoline of the same brand... to be confirmed with the return of good weather

The order was placed on the 25th, a public holiday, and was handed over to the carrier on December 27, thus respecting our shipping time of 24 to 48 hours. Moreover, we informed you during your order that the carrier would be closed on December 30, causing a slight delay in delivery. You finally received your product on January 4. Regarding the bounce of the trampoline, we note that you previously had the Waouuh/Octopulse trampoline, a sporty model offering a powerful bounce. The model you chose this time, Jump'Up, is part of our family access range, offering a softer bounce suitable for family use without tiring the children too much.
