Following a tear on the trampoline pad purchased in July 2023, I contacted customer service. They were very responsive and sent me a new pad within 72 hours completely free of charge! I highly recommend the after-sales service of France Trampoline.

It is true that if your trampoline is relatively old with a different pole height than ours, they will need to be reduced as mentioned on the phone during the sale.
