Package received on 07/25/23! whereas it is stated delivery between 2 and 5 days delivery by mistake from France trampoline of a safety net instead of the jumping mat and with absolute insistence to receive the return to the store of this net before resending my mat due to this delivery delay, my grandchildren who come only once a year to Evian could not use this trampoline and left very disappointed and I extremely upset. I chose the Boost'up 430 for my 10-year-old son and it is an excellent product! The different elements of the trampoline are very solid and aesthetic. And above all, the quality of the jumping mat is great, I recommend this product without hesitation!! The only downside, and I think independent of France Trompolime, is the quality of the delivery. The package, which is quite long, was delivered to me on a single small pallet, resulting in a twisted, folded package in half because it would have required 2 small pallets or one of an appropriate size... Fortunately, the inside of the package was intact as it was very well packaged and protected.
