Hello, As explained during our many exchanges, the carrier Mondial Relay encountered a problem with your shipment. According to their general sales conditions (GSC), they have a maximum of 15 days from the date we filed our complaint to determine whether the package is lost or not. After several follow-ups, but having received no response from them on the 15th day, we proceeded to resend your order via another carrier at our expense.
