The plastic hooks to hold the safety net are not sturdy enough: 2 broke while putting up the net. These are the same plastic hooks for the protective mat covering the springs. We have 4 broken just after the first season of use. We bought from France Trampoline for the quality and spent the financial means for that, so of course, we are disappointed with this part of the product. We will therefore contact France Trampoline's customer service for a commercial gesture (free supply of hooks).

For the product (a replacement jumping mat, this one is waiting for Spring to be assembled, so no review for now) For complete trampolines, given the sums involved, one might regret that there are no demonstration spaces (at the regional level for example). I wanted to acquire a large rectangular trampoline, but in the absence of product visualization and given the investment, I did not take the plunge!
