According to customer service, I did not provide any incorrect information when ordering a replacement jumping mat, yet the mat did not fit my trampoline. I had to return it and received the message that I would only be partially refunded. I cannot understand this, as the mat was not used and was returned in its original packaging. No photo of a possible defect was provided as proof, which I require from this provider! Can you initiate this? Thank you! The order number is ***

However, it sometimes happens that spare parts are not suitable for certain trampolines, as with your jumping mat. Fast delivery (small downside nonetheless on flexibility, you need to take a day off as we only have a date and no time) Customer service with staff available immediately to respond to all our information requests (delivery, assembly...) that's great! High quality trampoline it seems (time will confirm hopefully). Only concern: the net attachments were not up to the rest (brittle) and replaced without any issue with spare parts. So very responsive and high-quality customer service. Very satisfied with this purchase.
