Very easy to install, I took the liberty of adding a hoist (which remains permanently) at the start of the zip line for better tension and to facilitate the lifting of the cable (installed alone). The kids are delighted and so are we to see them having fun. Added a harness + lanyard system for my 5-year-old to secure her, maybe you should offer this kind of thing on your site ;-)

Order placed in October, shipped at the end of January. The tracking indicates 'returned to sender' without arriving at the parcel relay at the beginning of February. I called customer service at the beginning of February for an explanation... Beginning of March still nothing.... incomprehensible.

Solid, stable, excellent bounce quality, allows children to get away from computers! One of the children hurt themselves by hitting a foot against the edge, despite the protection. The children have made great progress, they are having a blast.
