I ordered a protective cover for my trampoline and I wasn't sure I made the right choice. I still have doubts because I haven't covered the whole trampoline. It wasn't specified that with the safety net it is not easy to install.

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Fortunately, the first part of the package containing the trampoline arrived on time despite a late order. However, the second part containing the protective cover was delivered to another person with the same name, same first name, same address, "bizarre coincidence". After discussing with the delivery people, everything was sorted out. I recommend this product

I ordered several items but the site is really poorly designed because the cushion size is not correct, my trampoline being old. As a result, I have to return an item that cost me more than *** euros at my expense (*** euros!). The same goes for the protective cover. I am not happy at all. I am told that it is clear on the site, frankly it is not. The trampoline has the same name and the shape in the picture is recognizable.

Order placed in mid-July and package delivered only at the beginning of September. After contacting the company for information about the package because they are not able to keep you informed themselves, we are told that it is a special order and that in addition to that they do not meet the delivery times indicated on the site. After a possible request for a discount on the price due to the delivery delay, we are told that it is not possible. I therefore recommend ordering standard parts otherwise you risk being very disappointed.

A company with a very high level of excellence because: 1° the product sold is of great quality. (compared to other trampolines) 2° the customer service is exceptionally responsive, efficient, and attentive. 3° the delivery and packaging are effective and careful. 4° the quality/service/price ratio is unbeatable. In short, you can buy with your eyes closed and I insist on having been able to compare with many competing trampolines installed at friends' houses, this one is of significantly superior quality and moreover, this company provides remarkable customer service.

Great product with this oval trampoline. It fits well in our garden. It is very sturdy and resistant for our 2 teenagers. We are very happy with our purchase. Small downside: the net closure does not go all the way down, which requires caution when getting on and off the trampoline.
