very good service, very available and pleasant staff. A small downside is that the delivery people do whatever they want. For the delivery, you are not notified, and if absent, they give your package to the neighbor. I find this procedure cavalier and a total lack of professionalism. As for you, I find you very good.

We have a trampoline with a diameter of 4.5m since 2009 and it brings joy to both young and old. I usually say it's better than a pool because it works all year round. For this last order, I had no problems except for the delivery, which was a bit difficult to schedule, but the package arrived well, thank you.

Very good! Satisfied. However, it's a shame to have received the catalog with the comparison of all the trampolines that exist only upon receipt of the trampoline. If I could have had that on the site (unless it is there but I didn't see it) I might not have chosen the oval one but the rectangular one.
