Difficult to give a positive review because the purchased fabric should have been under warranty. Indeed, the fabric had a lifespan of less than 5 years under moderate use in a secondary residence. Our previous trampoline lasted 17 years with more intensive use. The offered shipping costs are nothing more than a stopgap. There is clearly a quality problem at France Trampoline.

We find the quality of the trampoline very good. We were very satisfied with accessibility, willingness to provide information, and advice. We were less satisfied with the shipping in ***. The carrier did not deliver within the scheduled time slot (8am - 11am), indicated by email that I would be delivered on the scheduled day (so waiting on site all day) then at 7pm a new email stating that I would not be delivered on the scheduled day but the next day without specifying hours... ultimately delivery at 4pm the day after the scheduled day. On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...
