We opted for the 3m90 which seems to us a good compromise between size/performance. The goal was to install a trampoline suitable for both small and large, and I confirm that it delights both my little girl who is almost 4 years old and the rest of the family! The product seems really solid: even though we haven't had enough time with only 2 weeks of use, I noticed that it doesn't move when used by adults already fond of jumping. The assembly is not too complicated, the documentation is quite simple if one takes the time to read it seriously! The service was top-notch, the team I spoke to several times on the phone is competent and very helpful. Professionalism, choice, sustainability... one of the few trampoline companies that really specializes in this, which is also why we chose it. In summary, so far and I hope for a long time, we are 100% satisfied.

Order placed online. The site is correct for finding items and placing orders. Order by phone communication. Good listening and information. For another reason, I had to cancel, cancellation easy by email and quick refund.

Perfect! Well received the bundle of samples presented on your site. But I had requested (in the small comment box) an additional sample (if possible) of the smallest net (mesh 6.5x7mm) existing on your site and my client is interested in that mesh. No response on this subject in your letter accompanying the package!?

Very well designed site. Excellent responsiveness of customer service. Equipment conforms and of good quality. Too bad the delivery person did not respect the agreed schedule, forcing us to take half a day off for nothing, then the following week we had to have someone come to receive the package because the delivery scheduled after 4:00 PM took place in the morning. Delivery on time, impeccable. Good quality trampoline I am very satisfied. Only small downside, the assembly manual lacks details such as the exact position to put the protective net and for example it is not indicated that you need to put 2 fixings per pole for the protective net. There are also no markers to know which spring to attach to which hook. With some logic, you can still manage.

I am very satisfied with my order. I needed spare parts to repair my trampoline damaged during bad weather and I was perfectly advised to repair it as best as possible and at the lowest cost. The parts arrived within the expected timeframe.

The instructions for assembling the circular structure where the springs are attached are incorrect: it says that the T-tube is assembled at the narrowest part, but it should be done at the wide part because otherwise, it is not possible to assemble the horizontal tubes.

Site sometimes a bit difficult to find the product sought (the pack did not 'appear' using the search engine, or navigating through the tree, I don't remember) Otherwise everything perfect: fast and compliant delivery, clear manual, easy assembly and satisfactory product, without any unpleasant surprises. I purchased a trampoline in July 2017. We found a defect in the elastic sheet in June 2018, which we immediately reported. In an equally immediate, kind, and cordial manner, a replacement sheet was sent to me. Excellent and very serious company, absolutely to be recommended.

I ordered a trampoline for my 2 boys aged 4 and 7, they love it. I find it to be of good quality and the children are safe (net, easy to use closure).

Nothing to say, delivered in 48 hours, and good explanatory manual. The 460 is long to install, but what space! It seems to be sturdy, we'll see over time... Very satisfied!
