The delivery was relatively quick and everything fit. The trampoline springs that were intended for another purpose did not work, but you as a provider are not to blame for that. So everything is good.

Regarding the ordering procedure and delivery, everything is fine. I only have a serious concern about the safety level of the product, which is still of quality. Specifically, the vertical protective net includes the entire mat including the related edge made of the protective mat that should protect people from impacts with the underlying iron structure. In reality, I believe the mat is too thin to effectively protect against impacts, so I ask if it is possible to order another mat to place on top of the existing one or if it is possible to adapt the vertical net by fixing it inside the green mat and not outside as it is now.
