Excellent customer support and delivery times, the trampoline is very sturdy and also aesthetically pleasing, the assembly phases are clearly described, it does require some muscle strength but the result is fully satisfying

The ordered jumping mat was delivered quickly. They asked again for the measurements to be sure. The delivered mat is very good in terms of material, fit, and accuracy of measurements. It was used immediately after assembly and the kids also think the new mat is better than the original one.
