Efficient and pleasant telephone reception. Delivery on time. Carrier 0: no appointment was made. Of course, when the driver wanted to deliver, no one was available, so I received it 5 days later (4 days after the desired day (my son's birthday)). The trampoline seems sturdy. Assembly rather easy, about 2h. I recommend without problem. Nota bene: for Corsica, delivery costs are really high. They forced me not to buy the trampoline tent.. Too bad.

I had a bit of trouble reaching the order service by phone but once this operation was completed, the sale and order went perfectly. The only downside is that delivery was supposed to take between 3 and 5 days. I called back after 8 days, and was told to call the carrier directly who wanted to deliver me 4 days later. I finally got a delivery for the next day, after 9 days. But apart from that, everything went very well, the trampoline is set up and the grandchildren are having a great time.
