Quick preparation and shipping. Solid product, of very good quality, relatively easy to assemble.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect from the order, simple and quick online, to the delivery on the day and time agreed with the provider. Nothing was missing from the packages. And the assembly of the trampoline went without complications.

Very happy with the responsiveness between the order and the delivery date (beware of the delivery provider who was not up to par (see very mediocre)). However, the assembly of the trampoline went very well (about 2 hours)... The children have a lot of fun in it ... for hours!!!! Small regret, the springs squeak when a person over 60kg uses it... I recommend this site without any problem.

My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.

So far everything is unbeatable

Negative point: the manual is a bit too brief (like many products these days). Positive points: very available customer service if you have questions (which was my case). Material of very high quality (I ordered an oval 490). The tubes are huge, and the net is very resistant as advertised. The protective cushion is so thick that it is impossible to get hurt when falling or walking on it. The net is attached at the bottom of the trampoline which makes it impossible to pass through the net (the entrance door has a double security, velcro inside and safety clips outside). I recommend this product 100% to buy with your eyes closed. Just be careful about the size in the garden, it is huge (4m90) :) :)

The trampoline purchased corresponds exactly to the description on the site. Of good quality, it is easy to implement by following the instructions provided. The safety net caused us some difficulties knowing that the carbon fiber bar that closes the circle tended to open, we had to put a rope at the top to tighten the posts so that they take the right shape. This is just a detail because I reiterate that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. We are waiting for the delivery of the small trampoline offered and forgotten by the carrier for 1 week. I recommend the site and the trampoline purchased, namely the Jum'Up in 430 cms, good fun!!!

Very good customer service. Small delivery issue, apparently due to the carrier, very well managed by the team, and quickly compensated by a commercial gesture for a future purchase. Regarding the trampoline, the product seems robust and of quality. In any case, the children already love it. Small downside, the installation instructions' diagrams could be clearer (perhaps due to the quality of printing).

Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part. Ordering wear parts was okay and delivery was very fast. The products ordered to restore a trampoline purchased 3 years earlier have been improved in the meantime. Friendly reception on the phone. Reliable and recommendable site.

The packaging was in very poor condition upon arrival and I had expressed reservations, but nothing was missing and the material is of excellent quality. I am ready to recommend the company..........

Delivery speed, easy assembly, still need to test!

Excellent product, nothing to complain about the quality. Expensive product but the quality is there, nothing to compare with Decathlon products, Go sport or worse x products on the internet. We compared the details for a long time before deciding to break our piggy bank. We opted for the 3.60m model which is perfect for our 3 daughters. The only small downside is during assembly, when fixing part n°6 (vertical frame of the leg) with the T-junction piece, it is not specified that the holes allowing the assembly of part n°5 must be aligned. A little moment of stress. Tip: just use part n°5 as a lever to turn it until the vertical posts made up of parts n°6 are well in front of the holes. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to separate the pieces. By the way, the manual clearly states that disassembling these two pieces is delicate...

Service perfectly in line with the information received. The possibility of resorting to an 'installation' service would be appreciated, even if the assembly of the trampoline is, indeed, relatively simple: it still requires a certain physical strength.
