Perfect except for the carrier who was unable to say whether he was coming in the morning or the afternoon. In case of absence, you have to pay for the second presentation to the carrier but he can easily make you lose the whole day. That's not cool.

The trampoline is of good quality and aesthetic, easy and quick to assemble by 2 people. The delivery was fast. It is safe with the thick protective cushion. We took the 2m50 without a safety net for a less imposing visual aspect. It is easy to move by 1 person by sliding it on the lawn. We often move it during the day to find shaded spots. We also took the protective cover, we find it useful to preserve the fabric from branches, leaves, pollen when the children are not using the trampoline as we have large trees nearby. The children use it every day to jump but also as a hammock for their moments of rest like reading. It is well integrated into our garden.

Completely satisfied with the trampoline and the speed of transport. The product was out of stock with a delay that was well respected. Package well packaged, nothing to complain about. Good quality of the product compared to what is commonly found in large stores.

Satisfactory service. Two-week delay before delivery was correct. Only downside, the Apollo Sport model would be better with a mesh fabric as the black mesh fabric offers resistance to air with each jump which reduces the amplitude of the jumps.

Fast delivery, box in good condition. The people I spoke to on the phone for scheduling were pleasant and friendly. The delivery person lacked a bit of a smile but did a good job. The trampoline site is easy to navigate, pleasant to look at, with good products, we are delighted with our purchase and the kids too!!

Good product that meets our expectations. However, delivery service was mediocre: they kept us waiting all day and did not come. New contact the next morning without even an apology, to inform us that the truck would not come to our house, that we had to agree on a meeting place to avoid maneuvers, even though we have had the opportunity to welcome trucks without any problems... Unnecessary precaution and moreover not requested by the driver himself according to him.

Nothing to report except for the cover I bought for my trampoline, it does not cover everything. Your services asked me to send photos and since 2 weeks no response :( It's a shame to have such a good quality trampoline and a protective cover that does not fit perfectly and that I have to pick up leaves or cherries every day, thank you.
