Purchase of a jump'up 360, package arrived in very good condition, no delivery problems (even during the holiday season), very simple and well-explained assembly. The material seems to be of good quality and the assembly does not move during use. In short, nothing to complain about for now.

Everything went very well, before my purchase during my questions over the phone, the delivery (call from France trampoline to verify that it had taken place), the installation of the trampoline with understandable instructions. It is still better to have two people for the assembly with some strength! The kids are delighted, the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. And I am delighted to have bought from a French company that focuses on quality rather than from a company from the other side of the world that improvises as a trampoline manufacturer!

Good investment: my daughter finds it 100 times better than the previous one (better bounce). The quality is there, assembly is relatively easy but requires the presence of two adults and three good hours. A small downside regarding delivery times: ordered on 20/12/12 and delivered on 02/01/13....

I just assembled the trampoline. My opinion is very positive regarding the perceived quality of the material and the ease of assembly.

70 kg package in 3 perfectly packaged parcels. Delivery assured within the announced deadlines. The material seems perfectly compliant with the advertisement on the website, but it has not yet been installed and probably will not be before the beginning of spring... Delivery in three days with package in good condition. The manual for assembly could be more explicit. Keep in mind that the customer has probably never assembled a trampoline. The circle is very hard to close. Two well-built guys struggled to do it. Specify right from the start (and not later) to fix the reinforcement bars exactly 30 cm or why not put marks on the bars. This would avoid having to mess around with a tape measure after having placed them +- at mid-height. The assembly of the safety net bars is not easy (height of fixing, pushing the foam up without displacing the upper bar while keeping the sleeve in the plastic cap...) The hook of the clamp is very useful, to tighten the bars a plumber's clamp is necessary. Once assembled, it is only pleasure for my six-year-old boy and his parents. The size of the surface is comfortable and the structure seems solid. Let's see in two years.
