Very easy order. Very fast delivery. Very friendly and accommodating delivery person. Difficult assembly: the metal elements of the frame fit together poorly. We had to use pulley systems to align the elements properly and fit them together.

Our weighting bags, made of thermally welded PVC, are designed to hold 14 liters of water or 23 kg of sand. Can you tell us how you filled your bags? Where did your bags crack? Since there is currently no climbing dome available for purchase in Germany, I ordered it from Trampolin Technik. Although it is based in France, everything went fantastically and smoothly. And not even 20.00 € for shipping is also a great price. I can only recommend it. The happiest are the children in our daycare. They can finally climb properly again.

Very clear instructions but you have to be careful when stretching the Sandow as the tension can be strong if they are poorly positioned. Excellent product!

Your product is absolutely not of quality. The seams are coming apart one by one... 0/20. You are putting children in danger. Your fabric is not secure: especially at the seams. They are not strong.. I advise you to invest in reinforcing the seams. Best regards.

Hello, We apologize for the issue encountered with your jumping mat purchased in 2020. Our jumping mats are as solid as possible. For years, their triangles have been attached with 8 rows of stitching and a reinforcement strip under each triangle. After years of selling this system, we are confident in the lifespan it offers with long resistance when the trampoline is used normally. Based on experience, we lean towards your case being a very intensive use of the trampoline, as you changed the jumping mat and all the springs of your trampoline 2 years ago. This approach is relatively rare in fact. Even old springs can last for years after their purchase and rarely break. We understand your negative feedback but rest assured that we provide the most resistant jumping mats on the market currently. Best regards, FT
