Item delivered on time, conforms to the description. Everything seems to be of very good quality. Very good tutorials for assembly. Only small complaint: in the assembly video, it looks super easy, it's a woman who performs the actions effortlessly, whereas in reality, even the strongest man in the family had difficulty inserting the tubes into the clamps... and we had to use a hammer and a wooden board to push them all the way in.

Quality of service is terrible. Exclusive France Trampoline product, ordered on 03/11/21, shipped on 28/12/21!! Shameful for a manufacturer’s products and at *** on top of that. No commercial gesture, no apology... I do not recommend.

We sent you an email on 16/12 to inform you of an additional delivery delay. The product was finally shipped on 28/12.
