Product very long to install. You must not follow the provided inclination at the risk of injuring a child. Way too dangerous for a child under 6 in any case. I went straight into the tree on the first use because the brake is too short, I fractured my foot, customer service was not concerned because 'the instructions are normal'

I understand your dissatisfaction, unfortunately, when a package is declared as delivered, we are obliged to follow a process with the carrier and open a dispute so that they can conduct searches.
