To clarify the situation: You made a first request for tracking your package to customer service on May 6, which is 13 days after your order, and a response was indeed provided to you. According to current procedures, the carrier has a period of 7 working days to conduct their investigations after the opening of the dispute on May 6. We are currently awaiting their response and have followed up with their service. Regarding your message from May 12 at 10 am, our team responded to you the very next day, May 13 at 11 am. Our response times are 24 to 48 working hours, which we strictly adhere to. Your review was submitted only 6 hours after sending your email on 12/05/25 at 10 am.
