Dear customer, This review concerns an issue of compatibility of our spare parts with your equipment, although the technical data has been clearly displayed on our website. Technical characteristics section on each product page. We regret that the shipping costs (minimized by delivery to a relay point for your order) remain high, but we offer flat rates for spare parts. This rate, for the order of a few small parts, may indeed seem high. However, we remain available at 05.56.36.04.62 for any clarification before placing an order. The France Trampoline team.

Hello, I ordered a net and a cushion (in 360) for my trampoline. The products are of excellent quality, the cushion is thick and the whole fits perfectly on my old trampoline. I needed to contact customer service because the cushion showed deterioration, another product was sent to me three days after the complaint. I recommend the products and especially the seriousness of this company!!!
