Excellent phone reception, straightforward and honest response, delivery on time, good quality trampoline, easy assembly. The only downside is that the green protective covers of the bars rise up and reveal the white padding, it's a shame there are no Velcros.

We needed spare parts for the children's trampoline. The salesperson adjusted our order accordingly and allowed for pickup directly at the warehouse within 48 hours with payment by check. Efficient. Nothing to complain about!

Shipping and delivery were perfect. The assembly manuals leave something to be desired for occasional DIYers, especially for the foot fixation (orientation of the ergo as once in place it is very difficult to correct).

delivery on time, quality packaging, clear instructions, 2 good hours of assembly for two ... everything seems very sturdy and meets our expectations and those of the children. just a downside about the door net that does not close completely (a bit too tight?) and since we have many carts in the neighborhood I fear they might settle there for a nap. otherwise nothing to complain about
