I am very happy with this trampoline but two days after receiving it, the plastic attachments to close the trampoline all broke!! I informed France trampoline who immediately sent me new attachments and even a bit more, I find this very professional and very pleasant to have responsive and serious people, that is why I highly recommend them.

Great! The whole family uses it daily for leisure or cardio exercise. Quality of the trampoline nothing to complain about ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Assembly in 4 hours (be sure to follow the instructions) Only downside the anchoring kit with straps that are too short Communication and after-sales service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ also Delivery respected the deadlines I recommend this site

Very good nothing to say ordered on Sunday evening, delivered Wednesday with a very professional carrier. Good quality material nothing to compare with ***. installation in 2 hours with my 12-year-old son (rectangular 3.2 m / 2.2m)

After placing an order online, I was called to check the details. When I explained that I was English, an English speaking member of staff dealt with my call. She very helpfully checked that the order was correct and explained the process should I need to return the spare part I had ordered. The delivery was speedy and the correct part was received and fitted.

Good quality trampoline delivered on time. Instruction manual not intuitive but demo video on the site very effective. Only downside, I initially thought it was a fraudulent SMS upon receiving the one from the delivery person where nothing indicated a connection with France trampoline. I had to do some research before dialing the famous delivery person's phone number. Otherwise, serious site highly recommended.

Fast delivery and very good quality trampoline. It did not budge during the last storm. And the children are having a blast. The closure is of good quality. Assembly took us 2 hours but was not complicated. The upper arch gives it good stability. In summary, a very very good product, a bit expensive but worth the cost.
