hello I am very happy with both the service and the product. It was the first time I bought and I had to call to solve some doubts and the treatment was perfect. As for the product, it's wonderful, it looks of very good quality and very safe. The only flaw I found is that it came without assembly instructions, although I also have to say that we had no problems assembling it.

The product is of high quality and the assembly is not as complicated as I could imagine. Delivery is fast. Just a small downside, the carrier only commits to deliver on one day, not on a half-day. But these are conditions that unfortunately become common with carriers. But regarding the product itself, nothing to complain about.

very very good site for buying my trampoline. What I especially like is that they have all the spare parts. At the end of last year, my daughter's trampoline flipped over due to a strong gust of wind and I was able to change only the fiber bars without having to change everything, I took the opportunity to also get the stuff to fix it to the ground because one overturning is enough. I had forgotten a sleeve in my order and after a phone call they sent it to me for free. Seriously really happy. Thank you

once again the best! I ordered a trampoline 6 years ago! Very good quality trampoline, has spent all winters outside (with a tarp) and has withstood the mistral! After 6 years and many jumps the mat finally broke, but I ordered a new mat and off we go! (you just have to install it and it's a bit hard but with several people we manage!)

Assembly: instructions too brief, fortunately there is the website and the video (although sometimes the film is too fast) One downside, one of the holes was poorly cut Another detail: impossible to assemble the trampoline in 1.5 hours, it took us 5-6 hours! However, the result is great. Good quality. Good purchase!

My teenage children wanted a trampoline. I was still hesitant about what is sold in supermarkets. I needed a trampoline strong enough for us parents to enjoy too! I searched online for trampoline manufacturers and came across their site. By asking around, I realized that people I know had ordered from France Trampoline and were very happy with it. So I placed my order on Friday night and received it on Thursday morning as agreed when ordering. Today my children and we parents are very happy with the laughter. Compared to what is sold in stores, there is no comparison! In terms of safety and durability... I do not regret my purchase at all. On the contrary! The assembly is very easy. Honestly, in terms of price, the quality far exceeds the price. I highly recommend this choice to those around me.
