Hello, we thank you for your feedback. Trampoline jump mats are sometimes subject to order errors despite our ordering system set up on our website. Therefore, we prefer to have an oral confirmation with our client on this subject to know if they have taken the right measurements mainly. Otherwise, it is only in front of the trampoline that one realizes that the mat does not fit on their trampoline. We prefer to "prevent than to cure" in this case indeed. The France Trampoline team.

Very good quality material, seems robust. Adjustments are made to the millimeter. Fast delivery, and well-thought-out packaging. Assembly is simple, the manual being well detailed. In use, the trampoline provides excellent bounce. Only downside: the plastic attachment hooks are fragile.

very good quality, resistant and robust! Our children aged 10 and 4 never tire of bouncing safely! impeccable customer service, very good contact! I highly recommend the product! however, be careful with assembly! you need to take your time to avoid mistakes! having read other reviews, do not fit the steel tubes before having all of them "pre-assembled" and adjusted, because afterwards it is extremely difficult to "unfit" them!

Good phone reception. Quick delivery. Lack of precision in the trampoline assembly guide regarding the position of the foot tubes: it should be emphasized that the holes must be well positioned to accommodate the "W" shaped tubes.
