Furthermore, the warranty for your net had expired. As we have explained in previous conversations, the lifespan of a textile net can vary due to numerous external factors such as sunlight, usage intensity, and weather conditions. These factors can make the net brittle and impair its durability. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. In a textile net, a manufacturing defect would typically manifest as a tear along a seam, and these defects would be visible to the naked eye. For this reason, we recommend, as described in the installation instructions and our care instructions on our website, to regularly check the condition of the material to ensure optimal use and extend the lifespan of the material. When you contacted us to inform us about the accident, we did everything we could to rectify the situation. Regarding your last email, unfortunately, we have not received anything.
