A fantastic trampoline. Very solid, nothing to compare with the... Fast delivery is perfect (the delivery problems that can be read in other reviews are related to local carriers, for my part, I was notified 24 hours before delivery and change of time without any problem) I highly recommend this site. I am very satisfied. The products are of quality and the customer service is very professional. I appreciated that they called me before sending my replacement cover to ensure that my choice was not wrong. Moreover, the delivery was ultra-fast. The only downside is that I find the shipping costs too high (almost 20% of the product value), they are a real barrier to purchase as they made me give up buying the protective roof.

Obligation to assemble the safety net with 2 adults while the assembly of the trampoline can be done alone. High-quality and very solid material. Delivery within 5 days including weekends, phone contact for the day and time of delivery and respect for commitments.

It has already been several months since our children have been using their trampoline, and frankly, everything is perfect. Fast delivery and without problems, ultra-easy assembly, super reliable material and incomparable quality (compared to more generalist distributors...). As a result, several of my neighbors have ordered from France trampoline and are also very satisfied! A brand to recommend with closed eyes.

Very large selection, very good fast and efficient service. Very good quality material justifying the price. We have purchased spare parts for our trampoline (very used by our 4 children) twice on this site and regret not having bought a trampoline on this site from the start.

Relevant phone advice. Delivery times were kept and fast. Package arrived open but no parts were missing; assembly long but well explained and quite easy; the product seems to be a good quality/price ratio; usage will tell us if our choice was wise!

I wanted to thank you for your efficiency, indeed when I placed the order indicating that I wanted to be delivered within 2 days if possible (my daughter's birthday...). I received a call from you 30 minutes after my request offering me a slight contribution to the shipping costs via Chronopost. Result: the next morning the trampoline was in my garden (24 hours between my validation and receipt!!!). Great, my little girl's surprise was perfect. Thank you again.
