There is nothing to improve. The order was perfect with very pleasant customer service over the phone. Very good delivery, the delivery person called to schedule an appointment before coming. One thing, on the trampoline pack advertisement, there was a bonus gift of a football net that my son was eagerly waiting for, but it was not in the box. However, after reporting it to France trampoline, no problem, they will send it to me quickly. Again, a big thank you for this trampoline that brings joy to my son.

The package arrived very quickly in Belgium and in very good condition. We assembled the roof and it is just perfect. Living on a wooded lot, the roof is the ideal protection for our trampoline. A big thank you for the quality and service, we will not hesitate to recommend you.

I was really surprised by the overall service: Order placed online around 8:00 AM. Phone call around 9:00 AM to verify the accuracy of the technical data. Delivery the next day. Installation without any problem on the same day. So I and the kids are happy!!!

Hello, fast delivery, very serious product. Small downside, a small defect on the jumping mat. The children have a lot of fun and so do the adults. Easy to assemble, nice finish. The safety net reassures the parents.

Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.

We are very happy with the ordered products. The order went very well, good reception, responsiveness. The only issue encountered was regarding the contents of the order: the supplied parts did not match the size of the trampoline. Therefore, some parts were missing and we had to request the necessary supplement for assembly twice. However, after making the complaint we were re-delivered within the week. Excellent responsiveness. I will recommend this site to our friends.

Very good quality trampoline, relatively simple assembly, clear instructions. The smallest model is very suitable for young children (4 and 2 years old). I just regret the purchase of the roof which does not fit well to the structure of the trampoline and makes it a bit like a "greenhouse" for the summer. Fast delivery and prior contact by the carrier.

I bought a Jump'up 430 trampoline 3 weeks ago. My package was delivered exactly as planned, the net was out of stock and I just received it today (I had been informed of this as soon as my order was validated). I had to call the customer service for information and advice, the welcome and responsiveness were on point. The trampoline and the net are of very good quality and seem much more robust than those I have seen so far. To summarize: I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.
