I have a trampoline from another brand that uses the same parts as those on the site, I had a doubt about ordering spare parts. I sent a few photos via WhatsApp and I was contacted back within half an hour to help me. Order placed and delivered within 5 working days in Belgium. Great site and great follow-up ;)

The trampoline seems to be of very good quality after assembly, we'll see over time now. 2 remarks nonetheless: instructions not very clear sometimes, you have to guess some assemblies, and the last step of assembling the peripheral belt is very average, it goes around the trampoline and the straps passing over the posts are too small.

Contacted by the delivery person but does not respond when called back. Result: Product delivered on a day of absence. Moreover, one package was missing. Photo of an ordered lot on the site but the package does not include all the elements of the lot.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond to this review. Regarding the tracking of your shipment, we are unable to trace the steps with the carrier. We apologize if you encountered problems with them. Please know that if you cannot get in touch with the carrier, our sales service is available to follow up from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and then from 1:45 PM to 5:30 PM. As for the ordered product, you ordered a climbing dome play area of 3.60 m. Indeed, as explained in the product sheet, the climbing dome is not part of the pack. However, you can purchase the play area with the climbing dome or the dome alone on our site. All packages were therefore present at the delivery of your pallet.
