Very easy to assemble and the kids love to play on it! We are on our second one, the Velcro didn't hold after about 1.5 years of use.

The advisor was very attentive. Ordered on Monday morning, normally 5 to 6 days for delivery and I was leaving at the end of the week... your advisor told me: "send me an urgent message with your order" and I received the package the next day!! Very good trampoline. A bit long delay, maybe due to COVID. Delivery service in our area is terrible. Impossible to reach them to schedule a delivery, I had to go there myself. Finally, now it is set up and the kids are enjoying it. I recommend France Trampoline without any problem.

One remark, I was given a delivery date and I was going on vacation in the 3 days that followed... the order therefore did not arrive on time. I could have organized myself differently if I had known. Otherwise, response to the email was quick. Very good overall

I purchased an Octopulse 430 Trampoline. It has been a month since I installed it. It is incredibly robust. The finish is impeccable. The height of the jumps is significantly higher than the models I had already tried. This is a product I highly recommend. Thank you France Trampoline

Multiple delays in delivery were less than pleasant. However, once the trampoline was finally shipped, everything went well and the goods are satisfactory. The assembly instructions are better in French than in German.

Item ordered during the lockdown with a delay of one month before the announced reception (no issues) however the delay was extended by an additional month and a half, we can understand given the health crisis but a commercial gesture would have been appreciated
