Great purchase process! Everything went very quickly and easily. The goods arrived well packaged and everything is great! I had technical problems with payment during the purchase. This was due to the bank's side and led to a double charge and also to a double order! Due to the multiple order confirmations, I noticed this quickly and contacted the company. They canceled the unnecessary order completely problem-free and quickly and refunded the double charged money! So I received only one trampoline as desired and only paid once. Thank you for that!

Hello, we received the order placed on March 16. As usual, the service is exceptional in terms of the quality of information, availability of contacts, quality of products, and speed of deliveries. It must be highlighted! Thank you, and we will return with confidence and pleasure without any hesitation to France Trampoline. We have owned a FT trampoline for 4 years. We live at 1200 m altitude in the Haut Jura (the most beautiful spot in the world for children to fly, including snow) and the trampoline has given us full satisfaction since that date. Thank you.

A quality trampoline delivered quickly. Only downside, the rod at the top of the net was too long. We couldn't fit the two ends together. It took a week to get a response from customer service who advised us to saw the rod... A bit disappointing for a trampoline at ***€

The product lacks attachments; the cushion does not cover the bar sufficiently; it comes off in places as soon as the children use the trampoline.

The quality of the trampoline is excellent and the service too (order, follow-up, reception..) The assembly of the frame was very difficult (3 adults) but FT made a appreciated commercial gesture for our children (basketball hoop + ball) In the end, very satisfied with the product

Overall good quality. Assembly is relatively easy with a bit of skill. I assembled it alone. However, you need to prepare the location, level horizontal ground and allow sufficient space, 2m more than the diameter of the trampoline and sufficient height. Serious packaging, sent within the announced deadlines. My little girls are having a blast!
