Very good trampoline. Unfortunately, the metal ties to connect the trampoline to the nets are a bit too short. Tightening the nut is not obvious.

The assembly was done quite easily, the manual is rather well explained. The tool for inserting the legs is not easy to use though, but with a bit of method and strength, you can manage without it. Only downside, one of the attachments for the protective cover broke on the first use.

Quality product but the assembly could be improved. The fitting of the lower tubes with the legs of the trampoline is not easy as there is no rotational indexing to align the small integrated springs with the legs of the trampoline.

Third order and still no mistakes: the products are top-notch and well presented (not 'oversold'), prices are reasonable (quality-price ratio but not low-end), express and reliable delivery, and on top of that a customer service that calls you back in a second when you have a question about a product! During my last order, I needed clarification on the product, I was called back within a minute of my contact request, and the person took the time to read the manual (zip line) and ask questions to the technical service to provide me with a very precise and qualitative answer, all with a smile. I was blown away! Bravo to you, online sellers as serious and nice as that are rare!
