I bought a zip line and upon delivery I realized that I would not be able to install it. I did not open the box and returned the package. I paid 22€ for the return of the package, that's one thing, however, 8€ was deducted from my refund for logistics fees and I find that unfair knowing that the package was not even opened...

We ordered a jumping mat. Before the delivery took place, we received an email asking us to double-check the details and measurements, as if the jumping mat did not fit, it would have to be returned at our own expense. We found this to be good service and great transparency. We confirmed everything and the mat arrived. The assembly was not quite easy (a more detailed assembly instruction would be helpful). However, after assembly, everything was perfect and the children had a lot of fun. The quality is very good. Anytime again.

After 6 weeks of shipping time, I finally received the net I ordered. Inferior quality and smaller than the original net. But with such a long shipping time, you are just happy to get anything.

We immediately corrected this error with the carrier. However, despite this correction, the delivery could not be executed. We waited until the net arrived back with us to then send it back to you. Unfortunately, in the meantime, we encountered a supply shortage for this product, which explains the six-week waiting time. We deeply apologize for the long delay and the inconvenience caused. We are also sorry that the net did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the quality, the net has a surface weight of 100 g/m², which makes it very durable, and it is designed with a very tight mesh so that children cannot pinch their fingers. I received the net surrounding the trampoline for the correct diameter but not for the correct number of posts. My trampoline has 6 and I received a model for 8 posts. It took some back and forth for 4 posts. Quite unpleasant, the little kids arrived, too late to change!!!
