A very pleasant phone reception, the person knew their products perfectly and was able to guide me. The order placed on the site and the next day the shipping service called me to inform me of the trampoline's dispatch. Careful packaging. Clear instructions. Very nice quality material! Respect for delivery times and the ordered product. Assembly seemed much easier and faster on the internet. Request for advice via Facebook and quick call from customer service for assembly explanations. Very satisfied with the assembled product. Would recommend to a friend without any problem.

I am very satisfied with the product and the shipping was very fast. One complaint.. they sent me the assembly instructions for another model of trampoline!!! We went crazy trying to assemble it!!!

Very good phone reception during the purchase. Delivery OK. It took quite a while to set up the trampoline but in the end, the kids and teens are happy. However, there is a big issue with the safety net, the attachments do not hold and detach as soon as a child jumps. We have therefore lost some attachments and now only the elastics remain... Too bad...

This trampoline has changed our lives. The kids use it every day for the past 2 months, whether after school or on weekends. They are always outside even when we can't take them to the park. The only downside is that the other garden toys are used much less!
