Very very good telephone reception. I would say that my only concern before delivery was leaving all my card references over the phone... I really hesitated but the deadline was too tight, when will PayPal or others be available.... Afterward, the documentation could perhaps be more detailed in diagrams. A bit like Swedish furniture. But this did not cause us any trouble during assembly.

Impeccable service. The order service called back because I had made a mistake with the tarp reference: bravo. One downside that prevents me from giving 5 stars: the plastics at the top of the net poles were not well protected = 1/2 was broken upon opening the box (this did not prevent assembly and is a part masked by the plastic protection but it's a shame. I recommend this superb product.

Strengths: - Excellent order and delivery tracking. - Assembly: Easy to use instructions. However, plan for a day for assembly with the safety net with two people. - Excellent product for teenagers for a trampoline size of 460. Weak points: - Ladder: Difficulty in fitting the steps onto their fixing supports along the tubes. - After assembling the safety net (which seems well tensioned), the feet tend to spread outward. Should they be connected face to face?? Others: See with time and use, too early to judge after only two days of use.

Excellent commercial services. The equipment was delivered very quickly. The delivery was incomplete but the missing parts arrived a few days later. Friendly and available staff. My contact knew the products and could advise me. It's nice not to face an anonymous call center... A unique contact followed my order. The initial delivery deadline was not met, but my contact actively worked to ensure I was delivered nonetheless in a timeframe compatible with the Christmas holidays. The product has some minor non-conformities, but I believe the level of service will be there to remedy it.

The package was delivered quickly, well packaged and in very good condition. Once the packages were opened, the different parts that make up the trampoline seem to be of good quality. Very fast shipping: order placed on the weekend received on Tuesday morning! Very good packaging. Item of very good quality. I practice running, I ordered the minimax indoor trampoline for bad days.
